All of these are Juneau computers used by government workers.
At least one is a legislative computer.

They look like random visitors.
They were referred mostly by snopes.com and one other site.
But... the statistical likelihood of so many random visitors from state government in one day is slim. Usually there is about one state of AK government visitor per week.
My guess? (It's only speculation)
Somebody saw this website, noticed the Juneau type pages, and decided to play a practical joke on his fellow political groupies. He called them and said "Hey go to snopes.com and click on one of those weird rehab ads".
His friends, one by one, bit.
The initial visitor (i.e., the prankster) arrived from www.townhall.com after reading an article entitled "how_to_keep_reagan_out_of_office" by Ann Coulter.
