This page will point out a significant inaccuracy in the common medical paradigm that includes autoimmune diseases.
Even hypochondriacs get sick
First, a list of clues that outline the common misperception.

1) https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9995484/ In my case, buying sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium in citrates or other non chlorides helped trigger the cascading symptoms.
2) Science is famous in many countries, notably the United States, for being subordinate to corporate interests. For several generations the dairy lobby has been trying to convince people they need more calcium.

"There was, however, a practical complication that prevented him from experimenting on the general population to understand this paradox: After a person cuts back on calcium, it can take months or years for the change to show up in the body." https://www.motherjones.com/environment/2015/11/dairy-industry-milk-federal-dietary-guidelines/
Calcium deposits easily in bones but can also deposit in soft tissue, and vitamin k1 and k2 play a part in this distribution. K1 typically is found in greens which often have calcium, and K2 in fermented beans which typically have less, as well as fermented dairy products with calcium.
Calcium and magnesium are antagonistic in many processes so consuming more of one is like consuming less of the other.
Although a person converts some vitamin k there is an obvious difference noticeable in consuming different ratios. If a person consumes a high ratio of k2 vs k1 without additional calcium they can feel the sudden smoothness or hardness of the teeth.
In other words k2 is drawing calcium from ‘somewhere’ to deposit on the skeleton.
3) Many so called ‘auto immune’ diseases are associated with, or triggered by, a viral or other infection, to a high degree of statistical certainty. These infectious agents evolved obviously over time, and no two immune systems will perceive them in exactly the same way.
4) "comparative genomics suggests that eukaryotes are archaebacterial chimeras, which evolved as a result of, or at least under a strong influence of, an endosymbiotic event that gave rise to mitochondria."

5) A few articles showing the unfortunate direction of research.

6) So called “citrate toxicity” refers to a reaction in a blood recipient to citrates used to prevent stored blood from coagulating. Although this view appears consistent at first glance, evidence indicates that it is a part of a faulty paradigm.
https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/article-abstract/319269
https://www.icliniq.com/articles/vitamins-and-minerals/citrate-toxicity
https://www.researchgate.net/publication/375639304_Let's_stop_talking_about_'citrate_toxicity
7) Likewise there is a growing mountain of evidence that ‘auto immune’ diseases are a ‘relationship’ between the product of two lineages i.e. a person, and their environment.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37910321/
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38685026/
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39068759/
So rather than looking for generic ‘auto immune’ diseases it would be more sensible to correlate symptoms to specific conflicts between a person’s lineages. In other words no two people can share the same auto immune disorder.
8) At some point in the future ‘auto immune’ diseases will be treated by adjusting electrolyte minerals to give space to competing aspects of a person’s immune system. Because this aspect of ‘auto immune’ takes months or years to view it is not likely to develop in the context of the Western ‘scientific method’ system, but will probably appear in a traditional philosophy based medical system.
